CALL FOR PAPERS
EHIAS’25 invites Researchers, Scholars, Practitioners and Industry professionals to submit original research articles aligning with the Conference Theme. Submissions will undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure high-quality content for presentation and potential publication.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Articles submitted to the conference should be original contributions and should not be under consideration for any other publication at that time. For Paper format visit
AUTHORS’ GUIDELINES
- One author must register and present the accepted paper.
- Maximum Five authors per paper will be permitted.
- E-certificate will be provided to all authors on request.
- Submitted manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism. It should be less than 20%. Non-adherence to this policy will result in the paper being desk rejected from the conference proceedings.
PUBLICATION INFORMATIONS
All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings as edited book chapters, each with a unique title and ISBN number. Soft copies will be sent to the registered email IDs. Additionally, authors interested in further publication may submit their papers to allied journals according to the respective journals’ norms. The conference team is actively working on SCOPUS proceedings and journal publications. Further updates will be communicated promptly through the institutional website.
REGISTRATION INFORMATIONS
- Registration fee does not include the Article Processing Fee (APC) charged by the associated ScopusProceeding / Journals.
- Research authors within Tamil Nadu shall do presentation by offline mode on 16.05.2025.
- Research authors from other states and countries shall do presentation through online mode on 17.05.2025.
