Behavior Based Safety

Expert discussed the various concepts relevant to safety and accepted perceptions in industries. Participants appreciated the expert for his excellent presentation. They understood the concepts of unsafe acts, unsafe conditions in workplace, human behaviors to avoid accidents and ABC (Attitude, Behavior, Consequences) Model. They really enjoyed the explanation of the speaker with the case studies.
