Mastering Leadership Skills & Building Impactful Resumes

The Department of Management Studies organized a Mastering Leadership Skills and Building Impactful Resumes Workshop for MBA students on 25/04/25 (Friday). The one-day workshop was expertly facilitated by Ms. K. Dharani, HRD Trainer & Dr. J.P. Renin, ASP/ MBA, SRMMCET. The workshop held in MBA Classroom. Workshop focused on developing leadership qualities and enhancing resume-building skills. Through interactive sessions, students learned how to present their strengths effectively, frame impactful career summaries, and avoid common resume pitfalls. The workshop also emphasized the importance of leadership styles and practical skills essential for career advancement. Participants gained valuable insights into building a strong professional identity and leading with confidence.
