Seminar – Opportunities and Strategies for Securing National and International Fellowships

An offline seminar entitled “Opportunities and Strategies for Securing National and International Fellowships” was conducted at the SRM college auditorium on 20.11.2024 between 11.00 AM to 12.30 PM. The seminar is a part of Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) activity for the year 2024-2025. The session is organized to motivate the engineering first year students. A total of 110 students from various first year engineering departments participated in this event. The objective of the session is to provide information about the entrepreneurship, research activities, competitive exams like GATE, skill developments including coding and programming. The session also provides the information about various fellowships available in international universities and the way to securing those fellowships. The session motivates the students to pursue their higher educations and research career in foreign universities with fellowships. The participants had a nice interactive session with the resource person and gains insights about the fellowships and entrepreneurship.
