Faculty Development Program – Research Scopes in Mechanical Engineering

Two days online Faculty Development Program on Research scopes in Mechanical Engineering was conducted on 02.01.2025 & 03.01.2025 with technical Sessions by various experts. In the first day (02.01.2025), Dr.S.Karthikeyan delivered a lecture on Recent trends in Bio fuels during the first session and Dr.S.Denis Ashok delivered a lecture on Recent trends in Additive Manufacturing in which he explained his UK funded project during the second session. In the second day (03.01.2025), Dr.G.R.Raghav and Dr.K.Arunprasath handled Recent advances in polymer matrix composites and Fabrication and application of Natural fiber polymer composite for industrial applications respectively during the third and fourth sessions. Nearly fifty two participants from various Engineering Colleges in all over India attended the FDP on both days and gained knowledge on the various research scopes in bio fuels, additive manufacturing and composite materials
