Career Outreach-Initiative Program

The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science conducted the Career Outreach Initiative 2025 on September 9, 2025, from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Held online in collaboration with Astonish Infotech Pvt. Ltd., ALGOBRIX, and the Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC), the event attracted 55 participants, including students and faculty. The initiative aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, preparing students for careers in the evolving fields of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science (DS).

The session began with a welcome address by faculty coordinators, followed by insights from industry experts at Astonish Infotech. They highlighted current technological trends and the key skills employers seek, such as data-driven decision-making, machine learning, and automation, relevant across industries like healthcare, finance, and logistics.

An interactive discussion focused on emerging technologies including AI, Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, and Generative AI. Experts emphasized continuous learning and advised students to enhance their employability through practical projects, certifications, and internships. They also encouraged the development of foundational skills in programming, mathematics, and soft skills like communication and teamwork.

Students engaged actively in a Q&A session, receiving valuable guidance on career planning, interview preparation, and networking. Participants found the event highly motivating and informative.
