Technological advancements of our Department

Concrete & Highway Engineering Lab
To give excellent insight into various experimental methodologies pertinent to Concrete and Highway Engineering, this laboratory is established.
It offers testing facilities for cement and concrete, including assessments of the material's fineness, compressive strength, and flexural strength.
Cement, sand, aggregates, and other construction materials are tested in this laboratory as part of consulting projects.
Environmental Engineering Lab
To meet the academic requirements of the undergraduate program and for full-fledged consultancy activities in the field of water and waste water quality characterization for parameters such as pH value, conductivity, turbidity, BOD, COD, solids, sodium and potassium, etc., the Environmental Engineering Laboratory has been established.


Survey Laboratory
The Survey Laboratory was built to meet the needs of Civil Engineering basic plane surveying, assist advanced surveying courses, and provide maps and plans for diverse structures.
Students can learn to use surveying tools like a theodolite, tacheometer, and total station and gain the necessary skills to perform triangulation surveying.
This includes field marking, curve setting, preparing LS & CS, and creating contour maps for engineering projects.
