The University Grants Commission (UGC) is a statutory body responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and promoting higher education standards in India.
Ministry of Human Resource Development
It is responsible for developing and implementing policies, programs, and initiatives related to education in India.
Tamilnadu State Council for Higher Education
It is responsible for granting affiliation to colleges, developing academic policies, and promoting the quality of higher education.
All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE)
It accredits institutions, courses, and programs to ensure that they meet the quality standards set by the Council.
Anna University
It is responsible for conducting examinations, granting degrees, and providing quality education in various Engineering, Technology, and Management fields.
Directorate of Technical Education
It oversees the admission process and curriculum development for various Diploma, Degree, and Postgraduate courses in Engineering and Technology.
