At SRM Madurai College for Engineering and Technology, nurturing innovation and entrepreneurship is an
integral part of the institutional vision. The SRM Innovation Center, driven by a dynamic team of active
student volunteers, serves as a platform for ideation, prototype development, and technology-based
problem-solving. Students are encouraged to participate in innovation challenges, startup bootcamps, and
hackathons that foster critical thinking and real-world application of engineering concepts. The Cell actively
connects budding entrepreneurs with industry mentors, incubators, and funding agencies, offering support in
areas such as intellectual property filing, business model validation, and market readiness. Through strong
industry linkages and access to national innovation programs, students gain exposure to a robust
entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Together, the Corporate Relations Cell and SRM Innovation Center cultivate a campus culture that values
